Right of Withdrawal (For Online Purchases)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@arkivetfranord.com and provide your order details. You may use the withdrawal form attached to your order confirmation, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising if you chose a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Items Exempt from Return
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed items, such as hygiene products or cosmetics, that have been opened after delivery.
Faulty or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, you have the right to reclaim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products with a defect that was present at the time of purchase or which becomes apparent within the two-year warranty period.
To claim a faulty product, please contact us immediately at [insert email/phone number] and provide your order details along with evidence of the defect.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Return Costs
If you withdraw from the purchase, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product.
